Not only did we ask if Ulta currently has a military discount but we also asked why the company doesn’t currently have it available.
Unfortunately, they were not able to give me an answer as the company doesn’t provide one.
Do Any Beauty Stores Offer a Military Discount?
It seems that Ulta is not the only beauty supply store that doesn’t offer a military discount. In fact, there are a few popular ones that don’t, such as Sephora.
On the other hand, a beauty supply store that does offer a military discount is Sally Beauty.
In fact, not only does Sally Beauty offer a discount to military members and veterans, but the same discount is given to immediate family members of the military.
Which Discounts Does Ulta Have to Offer?
When searching the internet you can always find plenty of online and in-store discounts and promotional codes.
Ulta Beauty usually offers sales and coupons on holidays and other special days of the year, such as your birthday.
All you need to do to earn your $10 off coupon on your birthday is to be signed up for the company’s program as an ULTAmate Rewards Member.
You should receive an email during the month of your birthday for you to take advantage of this either in-store or online.
What Is a Military Discount?
A Military discount is a special and exclusive discount that is normally offered to military members and veterans in honor of their service.
Normally all you need to do is prove that you are or were in the military, and most establishments will be willing to give you a special coupon code to use on your purchase.
However, many establishments, including Ulta, do not currently offer a discount for those who are currently active or not in the military.
Who Can Qualify for a Military Discount?
Stores in the United States aren’t required to give military discounts- it is certainly a privilege and not a right.
So, naturally, the stores that offer these discounts have set rules, and those who are military members, and veterans should be careful to follow these rules.
