Can You Buy a Visa Gift Card With a Lowe’s Gift Card?
Customers cannot use Lowe’s gift cards to purchase Visa gift cards. Unfortunately, Lowe’s does not allow third-party gift cards to be purchased using Lowe’s gift cards. Visa gift cards can be purchased from Lowe’s in a range of other ways, including cash and credit cards. However, note there is an additional activation fee on Visa gift cards.

Can You Buy a Visa Gift Card at Lowe’s?
Though you cannot use a Lowe’s gift card to buy a Visa gift card from Lowe’s, there are many other ways you can purchase a Visa gift card.
For example, Visa gift cards can be purchased using cash, credit, and bank cards, including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express, and using your Lowe’s credit card.
However, if using your Lowe’s credit card to purchase a Visa gift card, be aware you will not get any discounts you usually would when purchasing other items.
To purchase a Visa gift card from Lowe’s, select a design and an amount and then take it to the checkout. Again, note that Visa gift cards usually come with an activation fee of around $3 -$9.
Can You Purchase Other Gift Cards With a Lowe’s Gift Card?
Like Visa gift cards, you cannot purchase any other kinds of gift cards from Lowe’s using a Lowe’s gift card.
Essentially, there appears to be a blanket ban on using Lowe’s gift cards to purchase other third-party gift cards.
