How Long Do You Have to Return a Phone at Verizon?
The Verizon Return Policy states that you must return your phone within 30 days of purchase, but you’ll be charged a $50 restocking fee everywhere except Hawaii.
Additionally, you can also return other accessories and devices within 30 days of purchase, so it’s not just limited to Verizon phones., but there is no restocking fee for accessories.
When you choose to return your device, you can exchange it for another but you’ll need to include all of the items that came with your phone, such as battery, charger, and instructions.
Also, you’ll need to return the device in the original box and everything needs to be in like-new condition, plus you’re going to need the receipt for an exchange.
However, if you’ve purchased the device from an authorized retailer, then you’re going to need to look up the return policy for that store to see what the specific details are.
What is the Verizon Return Policy After 30 Days?
If you want to return a device after 30 days, you’re going to be charged an Early Termination Fee where applicable, which would happen if you had a contract with Verizon.
