1. Unregulated shipping or shipping prohibited goods

What If My FedEx Account Is Locked?
If your FedEx account is locked, you can start by clicking the Forgot password or user ID? Button on the fedex.com login icon.
From there, you can reset your password by entering your registered email address. You will receive a link to reset your password in this email.
If you’ve already tried unsuccessfully to log in several times (the maximum is 5 attempts), then your account may be locked for 60 minutes.
In that case, wait 60 minutes after the last attempt. Your user ID will be reactivated.

If you’re attempting to ship with FedEx Web Services and see the error message “Inactive Customer Account” displayed, you should contact FedEx Support for help.

Once the account issue is resolved, you should be able to use FedEx Web Services to process shipments normally.
