How Do I Get Apple Books to Read to Me?

If you’ve selected a book with the read-aloud feature, then all you have to do is click on the audio button at the top of the book. Note, though, that not all books have a read-aloud feature. 

Therefore, if you want to get Apple books to read to you, then you’ll need to follow the steps below to turn VoiceOver on:

  1. Go into the “Settings” on your device
  2. Select “Accessibility” 
  3. Select “VoiceOver” 
  4. Toggle “VoiceOver” on 
  5. You can then change the speaking rate to faster or slower
