Delivery times range from one business day with Global Express to four weeks with First-Class Package International. Shipping and insurance are available with most services, and prices start at $15.25.

Which Shipping Options Does USPS Offer For Thailand?
You have four options to choose from when using USPS to ship your package to Thailand. That said, these services are:

Global Express Guaranteed (GXG)
Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) provides date-certain delivery to Thailand in one to three business days.
If your package is late, you’ll get your money back as part of the USPS money-back guarantee.
Also, GXG packages can be tracked online and include up to $100 of insurance. Moreover, you’ll receive a free GXG shipping kit that comes with envelopes, labels, and stickers.
Priority Mail Express International (PMEI)
Priority Mail Express International is USPS’ second-fastest delivery service. With that, packages sent through this service should arrive in three to five business days.
Additionally, it’s worth noting that USPS actually offers two PMEI shipping options; one with a money-back guarantee and one without.
However, only certain countries are eligible for the money-back guarantee. Thailand is eligible for this service, but you must request the service and pay extra for it.
Also, while the money-back guarantee is not an included service, PMEI packages going to Thailand include USPS insurance coverage in the price you pay.
Further, this insurance includes up to $100 for non-negotiable document reconstruction and $200 for merchandise loss, damage, or missing contents.
Priority Mail International (PMI)
Priority Mail International is the economy shipping option when mailing to Thailand.
That said, PMI takes six to ten business days and comes with both tracking and insurance.

First-Class Package International Service

Also, you should be aware that packages sent through this service don’t come with insurance or tracking.
However, you can purchase insurance as an add-on service, but tracking is not available.

Shipping times to Thailand vary depending on the service you pay for and the mail volume. Therefore, here are the estimated shipping times for various USPS services.
