After your verification has been completed, you’ll be redirected to the Discounts by Verizon page, and you’ll need to select either new customer or existing, and just follow the prompts.

However, if during the Verizon discount registration process your work email doesn’t verify you, then Verizon will request an uploaded document to prove eligibility.

For example, you can choose to upload a pay stub or NPI number, and the document has specific criteria that you’ll have to adhere to for the document to be accepted, including:

  • Company name, date, and your name will need to be legible on the document
  • The document cannot be more than 2 months old
  • The document has to be uploaded in GIF, TIF, JPEG, JPG, PDF, or PNG format
  • Sensitive details such as social security number, bank information, and employee ID can be blacked out for privacy and security
