But does Costco deliver groceries and other products? Here is what I discovered!
Does Costco Deliver?
Costco does deliver through its many departments, including Costco Grocery, Costco Logistics, and Costco Pharmacy. Costco currently offers same-day delivery through Instacart (minimum order of $35) and 2-day free delivery for orders over $75 in the continental U.S.

Costco Grocery Delivery
If you are looking for a simple way to have your favorite Costco groceries delivered to your home, Costco has you covered through CostcoGrocery.
If you are stuck at home or if you do not want to take a trip to town, Costco can deliver all of your groceries to your door.
Through CostcoGrocery, you can order all of the following in bulk, just like you would buy at a Costco store.
- Meats
- Cleaning supplies
- Food
- Fresh fruits
- Vegetables
- Meats
- Canned goods
- Poultry
How Much Does Costco Delivery Cost?
Costco offers same-day delivery in qualifying zip codes using the national delivery service InstaCart, provided that the order totals at least $35.
Additionally, if you are not in one of the qualifying zip codes or you do not need your groceries that same day, CostcoGrocery also has the option for two-day free delivery (minimum order of $75) everywhere in the continental US.
Where Does Costco Deliver Groceries?
Same-day delivery is only available within certain zip codes, though. A Costco location has to be nearby for your Instacart shopper to stock up on your items.
If you are a Costco member and want to use the same-day delivery service to get your groceries, you should check Costco’s website to see if it is available in your zip code.
Costco cannot deliver to the following locations:
- Military boxes
- International addresses
- Hotels
- PO Boxes
Although Alaska and Hawaii are not within the continental US, orders can be delivered when items are available for shipment to these locations.
These deliveries will incur shipping fees, unlike other deliveries that are free.
Costco Logistics In-Home Delivery
Costco also offers in-home delivery through its Costco Logistics service. Through this service, the company can deliver large appliances and furniture, including:
- Ovens
- Dishwashers
- Refrigerators
- Washers and Dryers
- Couches
- Mattresses
- Patio Furniture Sets
As for the price of delivery, this delivery cost is free and included in the price of purchasing a large ticket item like an oven or dishwasher from Costco.
Additionally, Costco also installs and can remove any unwanted white goods using the Haul Away service.
Costco Pharmacy Home Delivery
Costco offers delivery through its pharmacy for prescription medications.
If you are worried about privacy when refilling a prescription or prefer medication to be delivered to you conveniently, you should consider using this service.
Costco’s pharmacy delivers to anywhere in the US, and it is not limited to prescription medicine.
Along with your prescription medications, Costco can also deliver the following health-related items:
- Medical devices like blood pressure cuffs and insulin monitors
- Vitamins and supplements
- Non-prescription, over-the-counter medicines
Costco offers prescription delivery options with two-day and three-day shipping speeds (which is a $13.95 fee via UPS), so you can be sure to have your important medications on time.
Additionally, Costco Members can also opt for free delivery via USPA, which can take 6-14 days to arrive.

Costco can install certain items through its In-Home Installation service. These are items that need to be built-in to your home, such as:

- Wall ovens
- Dishwashers
When dealing with these large items, you can also ensure that the delivery goes smoothly by checking the available space for the item in your home.
You can make sure the path that the delivery will take is clear and guarantee the item will get through any tight spaces in your home, like through doors and around corners.
If you are replacing an old item with the new Costco delivery, the company also provides a service called Haul Away that takes away the old item (provided the item is not installed) and throws it away for you.
