New contact-free payment methods seem to be popping up one after another recently, with Google Pay and Samsung Pay as some of the most popular in their field.

Sam’s Club only accepts Samsung Pay for in-store purchases and not for online orders in 2021. Unfortunately, Sam’s Club does not accept Google Pay. To use Google Pay to buy products from Sam’s Club, you must do so using the Instacart website or app, which delivers your order directly to your house.

Does Sam’s Club Accept Samsung Pay?
Every Sam’s Club location accepts Samsung Pay as an acceptable form of payment for in-store purchases.
However, for online purchases through Sam’s Club, you cannot use Samsung Pay.
Does Sam’s Club Accept Google Pay?
Sam’s Club does not accept Google Pay in-store or for online purchases through the Sam’s Club website.
The only way to use Google Pay to buy things from Sam’s Club is to do so through the Instacart app.
Make sure your Google Pay account is not connected to your PayPal account, as Instacart does not accept PayPal as a form of payment.
Sam’s Club does not accept Google Pay because of the high fees associated with the payment method, which are considerably higher than most debit and credit cards.
What Payment Methods Does Instacart Accept At Sam’s Club?
Instacart wants its services to reach as many people as possible, which means the grocery delivery company accepts several payment methods.
The payment methods that are currently acceptable through Instacart include:
- All major U.S. and Canadian credit and debit cards
- EBT (at certain stores)
- China UnionPay
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
Instacart makes it easy to buy products on the app and allows you to save your preferred payment method to your account for a quicker checkout.
Even though Instacart accepts many popular payment methods, there are also some forms of payment Instacart does not currently take.
Some popular forms of payment that Instacart does not accept include the following:
- Store gift cards
- International payments
- EBT (at certain stores)
How Do You Add A Payment Method To Your Instacart Account?
Adding Google Pay to your Instacart account is simple, and you can do so on the app or the website at any point in time!
To add your Google Pay account to Instacart, start by clicking on the ‘Hi (your name)’ in the top right-hand corner, then click ‘Your Account.’
Next, hit the ‘Payment Methods’ link and click ‘Add’ to enter your Google Pay information.
Adding Google Pay on the Instacart app starts by tapping the 3 lines in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Then, click on ‘Account Settings’ and ‘Payment Methods’ to add your Google Pay information. Finally, enter your billing address and then ‘Save’ to complete the process.
