1. Boston Market

Boston Market is a fast-food restaurant that will hire someone that’s 15-years-old to work behind the counter.

With that, you’ll be responsible for taking customer orders, bussing tables, and general cleaning duties.

2. Dairy Queen

At 15, you can get a job at Dairy Queen in select locations as a crew member.

Essentially, this job position means you’ll be taking customer orders, making the sweet treats, stocking, and cleaning.

Additionally, a crew member is responsible for cleaning the equipment, filling the display cases, and following all safety and health codes.

3. Panera Bread

Panera Bread is a bakery and cafe that will hire someone 15 years old to be a team member in select locations.

As a team member, you’ll have to work at the drive-thru, perform cashier duties, clean the dishes and dining room, and prepare food for guests.

4. Taco Bell

Taco Bell is another popular company that will hire you as a team member in select locations if you’re 15.

As a team member, you would be performing tasks like taking customer orders, cleaning the restaurant, and working the drive-thru.

However, not all Taco Bell locations allow someone that young to operate the equipment in the kitchen. Instead, you might be doing more general tasks depending on the site.


5. IHOP Walmart

Some IHOP locations will hire at age 15 to be a waitress or waiter, which means you’d be seating guests, taking their orders, and delivering their food to the table.

For this job position, you need to have good customer service skills, be willing to stand for long periods, and go from one table to the next, making sure the guests are satisfied.

However, you could also try to get a job as a dishwasher, as some IHOP locations will allow a younger person to work alongside the main dishwasher stacking plates.
