I used to work as a front-end associate at a retail store.
We had issues with customer returns taking too much time; therefore, I suggested that we add more staff and start serving three customers at a go to reduce the waiting time.
How would you assist a customer if they need an item but don’t know the name?
I’ll first ask about anything they know about the item, especially its use. This information will help me locate the item. If not, I can refer them to an experienced store manager.
