  1. Bad service with kids working in the restaurant taking a long time to get my order and drivers complaining about waiting for the order

  2. Macdonalds New Malden
Terrible place has got even slower since new management
Now the drivers sit in customer area where customers need to sit. Food sitting in their racks for ages some drivers there for good 20 minutes then deliver cold food.
Chips were cold had to change them took 20 mins to be ready another man was waiting half an hour and many customers complaining at desk. Management don’t seen to care much.

  3. I am totally gob smacked with my service today from start to Finnish so to start with I waited at the drive through a few people went through other lane when a customer in the other lane said it was my turn she had seen a couple go through before and I just heard oh is there so I thought I’d go through next no I watched a couple more go through and then went to the window and asked why I was being ignored to this I was told I couldn’t go through on a bike to which I replied ok well thanks for not telling me and just leaving me there and went inside to order where I waited 25 mins when my number disappeared from the board I thought it must be coming but after 5 mins I decided to ask the young lady went round the back and came back with my bag put my McFlurry in and off I went when I got home both my burgers were squashed to the point where it made me think they had been messed with so I couldn’t eat it and gave them to my dog I was never rude to any staff and are disgusted to think people would mess with ur food over such a little thing like queuing in drive through and now I’m just hungry why do u have all the drivers crammed in such a small restaurant I think u need a different restaurant to deal with delivery

  4. Thank you for this number provided on your website. I had a bad experience at a McDonald’s store and the shift manager made it even worse, being incredibly rude and dismissive. Anyway I got straight through to someone on this number, no waiting at all! My complaint was dealt with very politely and they are looking into it to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE MY REFUND IT SEEMS BIG CORPOTATIONS CAN BEHAVE WITH IMPUNITY BY BREACHING CONTRACTS AND NOT REFUNDING THE PAYMENT BACK IN A TIMELY FASHION SO ADIEU MCDONALDS YOUR ATTITUDE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED BY ME AGAIN

  6. I have just received out order of £19.24 and it is all done cold. How do I get a refund? They can have the food back! We’ve been a very regular customer, but won’t be ordering again!

  7. My local 24hrs McDonald’s in Newark On Trent. Must be the worse in the UK.
I use drive through for quickness.

    1. Asking for a milkshake before 11pm, to be told they cleaning machine… My response “why don’t you clean it at 2.30am, when you hardly have any customers.

    2. Almost always being told to go park up and they will bring it out to me.

    3. I got there at 00.10am (half hour ago) can I have a quarter pounder pls…. Sorry we don’t have any left…. Ok. Can I have a big Mac pls…. We don’t have any left….. Can you tell me what you do have???….. My reply was chicken sandwich, chicken mayo, chicken nuggets, chicken Italian……….. I said so I should of gone to KFC then, if all you have is chicken……. The response I got back was…YES.

I have NEVER had a complaint about any other McDonald’s in this country except the one in my own town. Every single time I go, there is some issue.
McDonald with ZERO burgers only chicken….. Disgraceful.

  8. I was really unhappy the fact that I was not allowed to have the breakfast because they told me it was 11:01 and we was waiting for someone to come to us as they had people out the front who were just standing there. I was told. That we were too late by the time I got to the Pay counter to complain. It was three minutes past the time I asked for the manager to come out It took a good two minutes for the manager to come to the counter who then told me it was gone past 11 I asked to make a complaint she told me to google it. I was angry. But Very polite as I am use to talking to awkward people in my job. I love am also a manager on a building site. I will Jack Grealish has a will Jack Grealish asked what the ladies name was but she would not say and left. employees did not know and I could not ask her because she walked away from me. I was now holding up the queue with other customers, but was adamant that I was going to wait, I had picked up my food order the normal plain food not the breakfast which is what my boys at the time wanted we had driven all the way from Maidenhead and made it on time so I am very annoyed about the service. The boys working outside were polite and embarrassed about the situation but the manager was not and that’s why I feel the need to complain As far as I know, the managers name is Camila Trunchbull which the young lad behind the counter told me that is what her name was . And this is true I think that’s about right with the way, she acted. We often use this particular McDonald’s in Bracknell for Thursdays most weekends in fact all the time because we do a lot of football activities and it’s easier for us to do it. It was upsetting to be treated the way we were.

    Regretfully,

    Shaun
