That said, DoorDash makes requesting a Welcome Kit very simple. So, after you sign up to be a DoorDasher, the webpage asks you your preferred orientation method.

If applicable, select that your preferred orientation method is the Welcome Kit, and click on “Ship to me.” After choosing this option, DoorDash will send you your Welcome Kit through USPS.

Then, you will need to complete a W-9 form (for tax purposes), after which an Activation Confirmation page will appear to confirm your request was successful.

Finally, DoorDash will send you an email with tracking information for your Welcome Kit’s delivery status.

  1. Click on “Account”
  2. Click on the red-colored link that says “Did DoorDash give you a payment card?” (located at the top of the page)
  3. Enter your Red Card’s delight number and the last four digits

Further, if you wish to activate your Red Card on a computer, simply follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Menu” icon (located in the top left-hand corner)
  2. Select “Red Card” from the dropdown menu
