What Is Amazon’s Laptop Return Policy?
Amazon’s laptop return policy lets you return a new laptop in an unopened box for a full refund within 30 days of buying it. If the laptop arrived in damaged condition or didn’t start properly, your order is also eligible for a refund within the first 30 days. This does not generally apply to used laptops, desktops, or tablets.

Can You Return Brand New Laptops On Amazon?
It’s much easier to return a brand-new laptop to Amazon rather than a device that’s already been used.
According to Amazon’s official return policy, you can return new laptops, desktops, and tablets purchased on Amazon.com if the device is still in an unopened box.
You have 30 days to return the laptop for a full refund. This also applies to devices that didn’t turn on or arrived damaged.
