  1. I like to shop smaller local stores because of service, so why would I buy craftsman tools from ACE instead of Lowes? Since Lowes stands behind lifetime warranty and ACE does not.

  2. Ace hardware does not stand behind Craftsman’s lifetime warranty. Not even sure why they are allowed to sell Craftsmen tools. Just made my last visit ever to Ace hardware. I now have to drive 30 miles to my nearest Lowes store. Thank you Ace and thank you Lowes.
