Aside from these points, drivers need to maintain a strong satisfaction rating of at least 85% from both customers and restaurants.
All the points you earn on Uber Eats Pro are reset every month so you’d need to keep working to maintain your status.
This reset is done by calendar month, meaning you have from the 1st of the month to the last day of it to earn points before they disappear.
You earn points that determine what tier you’ll be in the following month when they reset.
However, if you earn enough points to qualify for the next rewards tier, you immediately gain access to the benefits associated with it.
You earn points for Uber Eats Pro in the following ways:
- 1 point for each delivery completed successfully
- 2 points for each delivery completed during lunch hours, between noon and 2 p.m.
- 6 points per completed delivery for dinner hours, between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Uber Eats Pro and Uber Eats Pass, now called Uber One, are different in that the first one is meant for drivers while the other one is meant for customers.
Uber Eats Pass is a premium subscription service that costs $9.99 a month while Uber Eats Pro is a rewards program that doesn’t cost anything to join.
Uber Eats Pass gives subscribers the same perks where available but Uber Eats Pro gives drivers different perks depending on their level and how many points they have.
